Pillar Studio · from $100/month

Your website deserves to be beautiful.

Built by a real creative team. Powered by the AI, infrastructure, and search systems behind thousands of live sites reaching half a billion viewers monthly across our network. Each one a real site — not a template.

Beauty first. Technical depth second. Price third.

Every AI website builder on the market races to the bottom on price and speed. We built Studio to escape that race. The headline isn’t how fast we can ship a template. The headline is that your site is beautiful, the work is real, and the infrastructure underneath is what makes the next decade of the web actually work.

You don’t have to learn what changed about Google last week, what AI agents are reading, which schema matters this month, or how AI overviews are rewriting category traffic. Pillar already runs this across 100,000+ properties. You rent the operating system.

Three tiers. Transparent prices. Firepower, not just pages.

Three tiers. Each one is firepower allocation, not just page count — you choose depth or breadth.

The operating system, at every tier.

What’s included at every tier.

Pages, edits, design system, hosting, uptime monitoring, SEO/AEO baseline, multilingual support on request, analytics. The shared infrastructure layer underneath Studio is the same engine that powers Pillar Authority and runs the Institute’s deployments — you get the operating system, not a sandboxed lite version of it.

What we don’t do.

We don’t hand you a template and call it done. We don’t make you wait three months to start. We don’t charge per change order. We don’t require you to understand what AEO is or why your site needs schema markup. We don’t recycle stock photography across client sites. And we don’t run a separate, weaker version of the design system for cheaper tiers.

Who Studio is for.

Studio is the entry point. Founders. Creators. Professionals. Small businesses. Agencies (white-label). Nonprofits (subsidized tier available). Local service businesses. Anyone with a single property or a small connected set who wants the beauty and the infrastructure without learning what changed about search this month.

Market Context

The website economy is splitting in two. Studio is the third path.

Agencies still charge five figures and eat months. Template builders still cost founders their weekends. Pillar Studio collapses the gap with a real creative team, an AI engine, and a proprietary domain network — billed as a subscription that actually fits a founder's cashflow.

Pillar Studio

The market itself is enormous and still expanding. The global website builder category cleared $4.2B in 2024 and continues to grow 8% YoY (Statista), while the broader web design services market sits above $66B (IBISWorld). 71% of small businesses now operate a website (FreshBooks, 2024), but the way they get one has hardened into two bad options: an agency build that runs $5K-$50K over 8-16 weeks, or a DIY builder that costs 20-60 hours of founder time and produces a site indistinguishable from the next ten thousand templates. Meanwhile SMB customer acquisition costs are up more than 60% since 2020 (HubSpot) — the cost of a weak web presence has never been higher.

2024 made the middle louder, not better. Wix, Squarespace, Framer, and Webflow all shipped AI builders, but the output is still a template behind a chatbot, and the founder is still the project manager. Pillar Studio is engineered as the third path: a real creative team backed by Pillar's AI engine and the same proprietary domain network that powers Pillar Authority. Tiers are simple and aligned to how brands actually scale — Studio One at $100/month for 10 pages, Suite at $500/month for 50, Network at $1,000/month for 100 — multilingual at launch across Spanish, Portuguese, French, and English. See the portfolio for live work.

The strategic layer matters more every quarter. AI Overviews and ChatGPT increasingly cite brand websites as authoritative sources, and brands operating on category-specific .com domains are cited 4-7x more often than the same content living on a path-on-platform URL (Pillar Institute, AI Labs). Owning a real domain with a real site is no longer a vanity decision — it's distribution. Studio is the subscription that delivers both, without an agency invoice or a lost weekend.

Frequently asked questions about Pillar Studio.

How does Pillar Studio differ from Squarespace, Wix, or other AI website builders?

Squarespace and the AI-builder category sell templates plus a drag-and-drop editor. Studio sells a real creative team plus the operating infrastructure behind 100,000+ live properties. The output is not a template; it’s a designed site, made for the brand it represents, running on the search and AEO baseline we built across our network. Same dollar amount as a boutique agency’s monthly retainer, completely different value frame.

What does ‘10 pages per month’ actually include — new pages or edits?

Both. A page can be a new page added to your site or substantive edits to an existing page. We don’t separate ‘design hours’ from ‘edit hours.’ A typical Studio One month is roughly 3-4 new pages plus 5-6 substantive edits, varying by month and project. If your needs are spikier than what one tier allocates, the scoping conversation surfaces the right tier.

Can I split Suite or Network across multiple sites?

Yes. Suite’s 50 pages is firepower allocation, not page count tied to one URL. Common patterns: one site with deep ongoing publishing; 2-5 connected sites under a brand; one site published in two languages. Network’s 100 pages opens to true network deployment — a flagship plus a constellation of supporting properties, or a multi-market launch across 3-4 countries.

Who builds my site — humans, AI, or both?

Both. The creative team designs, writes, and reviews. The infrastructure (AI plus our search/AEO system) does what’s repetitive: schema markup, structured data, multilingual scaffolding, performance tuning, accessibility checks, internal linking matrix. The human team makes the work good; the infrastructure makes the work scalable. Both layers are real.

Can I bring my own domain, or do I need to use one of Pillar’s?

Either. Bring your own domain (we’ll point it at your Studio site) or lease one from Pillar’s portfolio at $100/month, in addition to the Studio subscription. The library at portfolio is the place to browse leasable inventory. The scoping form captures domain status; either path works.

What languages does Pillar Studio support?

English, Spanish, and French are launch languages with native editorial review pipelines in place. Portuguese, Filipino/Tagalog, Indonesian, and Swahili are next launches. Studio Suite and Network support multilingual deployment as part of the tier; Studio One can add a second language by upgrading tiers.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Cancel at the next billing cycle. You keep the domain (if you brought your own); if you leased a Pillar domain, the lease ends with the cancellation and the domain returns to inventory. Site files and design system tokens are yours to keep regardless of which tier you were on. No long-term contracts.

How is Studio different from Pillar Authority and Pillar Institute?

Studio builds your site (or a small connected set). Authority is the distribution layer that puts your brand in front of buyers and AI systems at category scale — 20-250+ supporting network properties per month, with a 6-month money-back guarantee. Institute is engagement at institutional scale — foundations, family offices, governments, multilaterals. Three products, one engine, three scales of ambition.
